a really nice way of saying you pull something out of "your ass" this magical "inventory" land type of area....your ass....you know. Hammer space just sounds way cooler.
I love the riff on Hammer Space they did in Monkey Island, such as when Guybrush pulls an entire dog out of his pocket. Man, I miss those games.
